If you can't find the email after we send it, these steps can help.
- Search for the email. We'll send the email from "ComputerEase" with the subject of "Customer Corner - Password Reset" or "Customer Corner - Username Reminder". If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder.
- Double-check the email address you entered into the forgot username field is the email used when you registered your account.
- Sometimes emails may get delayed. If your email hasn't arrived within 3-4 minutes of your request please contact us.
