Whether they’re on ComputerEase or they’re on QuickBooks or whatever software they’re using, the most important aspect to any contractor is the work in progress. It’s the lifeblood, it’s where cash flow starts, it’s where profitability starts, it’s where cash flow ends. If a contractor cannot gather information, seamlessly and with little effort, he’s not going to be able to manage that job (project management) and know if for example, in a cement contractor, he’s not going to know if his flatwork phase is over budget or under budget until that budget and that phase is complete.
